Landlord Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) in Luton

A gas safety certificate is a record that every gas appliance, flue and pipe in the property was checked and found safe on the day. It is often called a CP12 or a Landlord Gas Safety Record.

You must give a copy to your tenants within 28 days of the check, and to new tenants before they move in. Keep each record for at least 2 years.
